- Not place prohibited or hazardous materials in rented dumpsters.
Customers are responsible for any permits required for placement on public property unless otherwise agreed.
4. Prohibited Materials
Unless specifically authorized, customers may not dispose of hazardous waste or other prohibited materials, including but not limited to:
- Chemicals
- Paints and solvents
- Fuels and oils
- Batteries
- Tires
- Asbestos
- Medical waste
- Explosives
- Propane tanks
- Any materials prohibited by local landfill regulations
Customers may be responsible for additional disposal fees or damages resulting from prohibited materials.
5. Payments
Payment is due according to the terms provided at booking. Anchor Haul Away reserves the right to suspend or cancel service for unpaid balances.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Customers should provide as much notice as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule a delivery or pickup. Cancellation fees may apply once equipment has been dispatched.
7. Limitation of Liability
Anchor Haul Away is not responsible for:
- Damage caused by pre-existing site conditions.
- Underground utilities not properly identified.
- Normal wear to driveways or surfaces supporting heavy equipment.
- Delays caused by weather, traffic, equipment failure, landfill closures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable service.
